Stéfan Swart Attorneys

Stéfan Swart completed his BCom Law and LLB degrees at the University of Pretoria during 2002 and 2004 respectively. Whilst serving his articles with Snyman De Jager Attorneys he attended Law School and was admitted as a practicing Attorney of the High Court of South Africa during 2005. In 2006 he was employed by The Workforce Group Holdings Ltd, one of the largest listed labour brokers in South Africa. In 2007, he obtained his Higher Diploma in Tax from the University of South Africa.

Between the period 2009 to 2014 he tendered his services to Anton Bakker Inc. and then in October 2014 established Stéfan Swart Attorneys who specialise in Employment-and-Corporate Commercial Law matters.

Stéfan has also established himself as a well-known specialist in Labour-and-High Court commercial litigation matters.
